Terms of Service

1. The agreement

These Terms govern your use of ORA ("the Service"). By messaging ORA on WhatsApp or creating an account, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please stop using the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old and able to enter a binding contract. You're responsible for the WhatsApp account you use with ORA.

3. What ORA does

ORA is an AI assistant that chats, remembers, drafts, searches, and coordinates tasks on your behalf. Outputs are generated by AI and may be inaccurate. Verify anything important — especially decisions involving money, health, legal, or travel.

4. Plans and billing

  • Free: up to 10 messages per day.
  • Premium: $9.99/month for unlimited messages, priority, and voice features.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel any time; access continues to the end of the paid period.
  • Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use ORA to break the law, harass others, or generate harmful, sexual, or deceptive content about real people.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the Service.
  • Resell or expose ORA's outputs as your own automated service without permission.
  • Upload content you don't have the right to share.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

6. Your content

You keep ownership of what you send. You grant ORA a limited license to process your content solely to operate and improve the Service for you. We do not train public AI models on your private messages.

7. Third-party services

ORA runs on WhatsApp and may connect to services like Gmail, calendars, maps, and AI providers. Their terms also apply when you use them through ORA. We're not responsible for third-party outages or changes.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. ORA is not a licensed professional and its replies are not legal, medical, or financial advice.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ORA's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Termination

You can stop using ORA at any time by messaging "delete my account" or emailing us. We may suspend the Service for maintenance or terminate accounts that break these Terms.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced over WhatsApp or email. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.
